Current rates, in effect since January 1, 2022, are subject to change at any time and without notice.

New Clients

Initial Assessment & Consultation - $3,000 (applied towards Annual Program)

New Red Numbers Golf clients are asked to participate in this day-and-a-half meeting with Coach Brooks to learn more about navigating junior golf and managing college placement. Activities include an introductory meeting over dinner, a practice session, an 18-hole round of golf and a wrap-up discussion during a post-round meal. Additional activities, such as attending a client's golf lesson, observing a tournament round and/or meeting with their high school golf coach or instructor, may also be scheduled.

Discussion topics include: game assessment, junior golf and rankings overview, college placement strategies, tournament scheduling and a general Q&A session. Parents are welcome and expected to attend. A written summary, with recommendations, will be forwarded soon after the meeting. Clients may then schedule two 30-minute follow-up calls for further information and clarification.

Within one month following the Initial Assessment & Consultation, clients may elect to engage in a long-term Red Numbers Golf program by selecting one of the following three options. Fees paid for the Initial Assessment & Consultation will be credited if selecting the Annual Program in their first year. All related travel expenses are subject to reimbursement as indicated below.

Programs

I. Annual Program - $7,500

Realizing its value, most Red Numbers Golf® clients opt for this comprehensive year-long program. Families are encouraged to schedule regular communications and meetings with Coach Brooks as they navigate junior golf and manage college placement. Client services – as indicated on this website – are available as often as necessary throughout the year. Fees paid for the Initial Assessment & Consultation will be credited if selecting the Annual Program in year one. All related travel expenses are subject to reimbursement as indicated below.
 

II. Hourly Program - $3,000 Retainer

Red Numbers Golf® clients who are seeking occasional, part-time assistance typically opt for this program. In advance of services, participants will be charged a 10-hour minimum retainer at a rate of $300 per hour. Once the initial 10 hours have been provided, clients will be invoiced at the current hourly rate for any additional time. Prepaid hours, which expire one year after purchase, will be deducted in 30-minute segments. All related travel expenses are subject to reimbursement as indicated below.
 

III. Day Program - $2,000 per day

Red Numbers Golf® clients who are interested in scheduling occasional, day-long meetings with Coach Brooks typically opt for this program. The Day Program is modeled after the Initial Assessment & Consultation format, yet customized to meet each client's specific needs. Activities may include college or scheduling discussions, practice sessions, playing a round of golf, attending a client's golf lesson, observing a tournament round and/or meeting with their high school golf coach or instructor. All related travel expenses are subject to reimbursement as indicated below.
 

Loyalty Clause:

Annual Program clients who opt to renew in successive years will be invoiced based on the fee schedule at the time they became clients – rate increases will not apply.
 

Transfer Option:

Within the first three hours of paid service, Hourly Program clients can opt for the Annual Program by paying the applicable difference at that time.

Family Rates:
Clients with multiple junior golfers may be eligible for group packages.
 

Payment Terms:

Applicable fees for all programs and consultations, including renewals and extensions, are due in advance of services. Please note all bank transfers are subject to a service charge. Credit cards are not accepted.
 

Travel Expenses:

Clients may incur additional fees to cover applicable travel time and related expenses if meetings (including the Initial Assessment & Consultation) are conducted more than 100 miles from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Airfare (coach class), rental car, gas, hotel and incidental expenses will be charged on an actual basis. Meal reimbursement will be charged at a rate of $50 per day and mileage will be calculated based on current IRS tax codes.
 

NCAA Compliance:

Red Numbers Golf® fees are not contingent on a prospective student-athlete either being recruited to play golf in college or receiving any institutional financial aid – all fees are due in advance of services.
